Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LVN/RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN/RN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current valid license to practice as a LVN/RN in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
