About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Enterprise Applications team at Verily. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our platform and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of key projects and partnerships, accountable for coordination and on-schedule achievement of engineering deliverables.
  • Partner with product management to represent partner requirements in the product development life cycle, including design, engineering, testing/validation and commercialization.
  • Use technical skills to understand and make project trade offs, prioritize partner needs, challenge assumptions, and evaluate project work and risks.
  • Communicate both vision and details (such as project status and risks to various levels of the organization); persuasion through reasoning and data; and resolution of conflicts over goals, priorities, and approach.
  • Apply essential program management skills including: developing strategies/timelines/milestones, resource/budgets planning, risks identification/mitigation, build processes to scale, excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder comms and leadership comms, project reviews and project tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience landing complex product development projects across cross-functional teams with a cross-discipline team, delivering standalone products, or software modules that were part of a larger software system launch.
  • Familiarity with implementing and maintaining agile development.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in project/program management (certification preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital health.
  • Experience working in insurance and healthcare.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools (JIRA and Confluence).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $152,000 - $217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
