We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of services to ensure seamless food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas.
- Take the initiative to deliver a memorable and unique experience for our guests, with a focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are met, including menu management and inventory control.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues, adhering to our company's quality standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with frequent movement around the restaurant.
