Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Inspect and monitor work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Material Management: Estimate and order materials, evaluate worker requirements, and ensure that all necessary resources are available to complete projects.
- Communication: Collaborate with managerial and technical personnel, other departments, and contractors to resolve problems, coordinate activities, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Record and maintain accurate information on personnel, production, and operational data, providing regular reports to management as required.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, supervision, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Certifications: Current electrician's license or identification card, as required by local regulations.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, requiring regular working hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
