Sports Site Coordinator

At the YMCA of Greater Dayton, we are seeking a Sports Site Coordinator to provide leadership and support to our youth and adult programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to youth and adult sports programs, ensuring program quality and safety.
  • Inspect sports sites and equipment for safety hazards, damage, or wear.
  • Work at all games to ensure a smooth experience for participants and spectators.
  • Communicate with direct supervisors and site officials to ensure a positive and safe environment.
  • Promote other YMCA programs and recruit new participants to support the Program Director's plan.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • At least six months of related experience in the area of responsibility.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
