Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join our team at Stealth Recruiting Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production and support equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, maintain, and install electrical systems, including wiring, motors, motor controls, PLCs, AC/DC drives, transformers, motors, generators, lighting, instrumentation, valves, and other electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and service production and support equipment in a safe and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support by operating electrical testing equipment to locate and diagnose electrical malfunctions.
  • Study plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
  • Apply NFPA guidelines, including publication 70 (National Electric Code), to ensure compliance and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance, with a strong focus on production equipment support.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of National Electric Code (NEC) and electrical safety protocols.
  • Experience with electric motors, drives, and PLCs, as well as AC and DC drives, variable frequency drives, and motor controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, as well as use hand and power tools and technical testing equipment.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime, as needed.
  • Journey-level electrician certification or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically intense environment, with frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
  • Ability to lift up to 74 pounds and work in elevated temperatures in excess of 100 degrees F.
  • Ability to substantially move wrists, hands, and/or fingers to turn wrenches and make adjustments to equipment.
