Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position

We believe in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to support the mental and emotional well-being of our young patients. Our services include home therapy services to children birth to 3 years old, as well as clinic-based services for children from 3-18.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and motivated Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents and will possess the skills necessary to provide therapeutic support in a pediatric setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care.
- Offer support and guidance to families, including psychoeducation and resources to assist with managing their child's needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in pediatric mental health.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW license in NV.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical therapy in a pediatric or child-focused setting.
- Strong knowledge of developmental psychology, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
