Position Overview: The Senior Account Executive enhances the value of BAPI and the Sales Team by marketing BAPI's HVAC/R Sensors. This role utilizes technical expertise, organizational skills, and customer insights to influence clients and assist them in integrating products to meet their requirements, ultimately driving revenue growth. Additionally, the position contributes to marketing strategies, market planning, and the technical evolution of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in sales activities, analyze customer requirements, and effectively apply product solutions by:
- Defining market strategies and objectives for products.
- Collecting and coordinating data and insights from BAPI personnel.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients by understanding their operations, listening to their needs, and promoting suitable BAPI products.
- Collaborating with both new and existing clients to formulate relevant sales forecasts for BAPI.
- Conducting research to identify potential customers.
- Performing market analysis to ascertain customer requirements and sharing insights with team members.
- Assessing product viability based on customers' technical and manufacturing specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries and initiating contact with prospective clients.
- Documenting all client interactions in accordance with established protocols.
- Working closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the necessary information.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and close deals professionally by:
- Developing and proposing tailored solutions to meet customer HVAC/R needs.
- Utilizing BAPI tools to present to both new and existing clients.
- Staying informed about industry trends, activities, and regulatory changes.
- Conducting regular sales visits to foster relationships and follow up on leads to achieve departmental objectives (must meet departmental call metrics).
- Taking initiative to finalize contracts and close sales.
- Meeting established sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Addressing product and service-related issues and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
- Reviewing and confirming all orders before they are sent to production.
- Submitting travel plans and reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with Marketing to ensure necessary materials and documents are prepared as required.
Engage in the development of new products, modification of existing offerings, and discontinuation of ineffective products in a professional manner by:
- Assessing product marketability and forecasting sales potential.
- Recommending new technical products and modifications or discontinuations.
- Collecting, analyzing, and disseminating customer technical feedback.
- Collaborating with the BAPI team to identify current and future customer needs.
- Evaluating customer satisfaction with products and services.
Maintain industry knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reviewing relevant publications, and establishing professional networks.
Contribute to team success by achieving related results and undertaking special projects as assigned by management.
