Product Development Role at Enviromedica

As a Product Development Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting the research and development of new products. You'll assist in conducting experiments, testing formulations, and documenting results to help bring innovative products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct experiments and testing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain clear and precise records of all relevant data and test results in a laboratory notebook.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in routine laboratory maintenance and support daily R&D operations.
  • Assist the production team with verifying weigh-outs and manufacturing final products.
  • Support quality control by testing raw materials and finished products.
  • Order raw material samples and manage the laboratory inventory.
  • Use IT tools and systems for communication, documentation, and collaboration across the company.
  • Keep laboratory management and key project stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Follow good laboratory practices and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Strong creative thinking, technical writing, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
  • Proficient in applying mathematical concepts to real-world situations.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
