About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in a state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in rehabilitation nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
