Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Emergency Center team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical nursing functions, including bedside care, respiratory care, phlebotomy, splinting, and patient teaching in a fast-paced episodic setting.
  • Prioritize and organize multiple tasks, working efficiently under the direction of an RN or EC Provider.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our patient care services.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Practical Nurse Program.
  • Current Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Experience in an emergency department or fast-paced clinic setting.
