RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO

Estamos buscando un individuo competente para ser parte de nuestro equipo de Lodge. Responsable de los aspectos contables de las operaciones de alojamiento, así como de trabajar como Auditor Nocturno. El auditor se asegurará de que los folios de los huéspedes sean correctos y estén listos para el check-out. Los folios se revisarán antes de completar la auditoría nocturna para verificar tarifas y pagos correctos. Esta posición asiste a los huéspedes con el check-in y check-out, maneja las inquietudes de los huéspedes y proporciona un servicio al cliente continuo.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar procedimientos de auditoría, incluyendo la ejecución de informes, completar la documentación de auditoría, cambiar la fecha del hotel, registrar cargos por habitación y depósitos de cierre de turno tanto para el hotel como para el área de boutique Creek. Debe estar atento a cualquier error o cálculo incorrecto en cualquier folio de huésped.
  • Registrar los cupones de paquetes distribuidos a los huéspedes en un archivo compartido para contabilidad.
  • Administrar el check-in y check-out de los huéspedes asegurándose de que se sigan todos los procedimientos.
  • Revisar todas las llegadas.

CALIFICACIONES

Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad con un diploma de secundaria, un GED o experiencia equivalente. Se prefiere experiencia previa en recepción o reservas. Se requiere experiencia previa en servicio al cliente.
