Compensation and Benefits
Instead of incurring costs for training, you will receive a salary while you learn. The Army National Guard offers a regular paycheck and tuition assistance for your educational pursuits.

After completing 10 weeks of Basic Training, you will proceed to 11 weeks of Advanced Individual Training (AIT), which combines practical and theoretical instruction on NBC warfare defense and emergency preparedness.
