Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrator to join our team at SERVPRO of Osceola County. As a key member of our Reconstruction Department, you will be responsible for assisting the Construction Project Manager in managing our reconstruction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Construction Project Manager in managing our Reconstruction Department.
  • Schedule Sales Inspection Calls and Start Dates of Reconstruction Jobs.
  • Coordinate and schedule the Construction Technicians on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and track of ALL the Reconstruction Jobs and communicate status to Management.
  • Update Notes on our WIP Board (Work In Progress) with status on each job.
  • Follow up with Customers to ensure we have all Work Authorization paperwork.
  • Take Customer phone calls and questions.
  • Assist with the preparation of Job Files to submit to the Insurance Companies, including job estimates, customer signoff forms, supporting docs, billing and invoicing.
  • Review and validate initial field documentation.
  • Assist with Xactimate to create the job Estimates and to help complete invoices sent to our customers/insurance companies.
  • Assist with DryBook (Moisture Mapping Tool) by enter all job-site measurements and metrics into DryBook and manage the organization of our jobs in DryBook.
  • Communicate with Insurance company to ensure we have submitted all required paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual A Must (be able to speak English and Spanish).
  • Prior Experience Restoration (Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation).
  • Prior Experience in Construction Industry.
  • Xactimate Experience a plus.
  • Moisture Mapping Software experience a plus (DryBook, DASH ect).
  • Attention to Detail.
  • A minimum two years of related experience.
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication.
  • Be able to clearly speak on the phone and strong written communication.
  • Ability to take clear and concise notes to keep organized.
  • Customer Service background a plus.
  • Proactive and fully engaged with our daily activities.
