Position Overview:
The Service Department Attendant at Keffer Mazda is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the service area and vehicles are well-maintained at our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Service Department Attendant will earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12 to $15, with payments made biweekly.
Additionally, our organization provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the service area
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in designated locations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area and waiting rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness of customer vehicles throughout their service appointments
- Provide transportation for customers to and from their destinations when needed
- Assist in answering phone inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate personnel
- Monitor and replenish inventory and supplies for the service department
- Adhere to all safety protocols while handling customer vehicles
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Deliver exceptional customer service and aim to exceed customer expectations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
