Activities Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Sapphire Ridgeview. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our Activity Director to plan and coordinate engaging activities that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents. This is a rewarding role that requires a passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of our life enrichment program, ensuring a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents.
- Conduct one-on-one activities with residents, fostering meaningful connections and promoting social interaction.
- Collaborate with external organizations and volunteers to enhance our programming and provide residents with opportunities for growth and development.
- Document resident participation and engagement, providing valuable insights for our team.
- Assist with decorating for holidays and special events, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents.
- Support our dining team during mealtime, ensuring a positive experience for our residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our community.
