Heavy Equipment Technician

Force Power Staffing seeks a highly skilled Heavy Agricultural Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves operating heavy agricultural equipment in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate heavy machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and plows.
- Perform tasks involving heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, walking, forward/above shoulder reaching, and balancing for long periods of time.
- Loading and unloading bundles, equipment, or materials to/from trucks; move bundles, equipment, or materials to storage or work areas using moving equipment, including fork-scissor-& aerial lifts.
- Work safely in tight, restricted spaces, following proper confined space procedures.
- Assist crane operators by signaling to facilitate lifting, alignment, movement, placement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
- Bolt boom sections together to extend or modify boom for high lifting.
- High School graduate or G.E.D.
- Experience in the agricultural or construction industries preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work independently as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
