About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Finance, Deputy Treasurer to join our team at EquipmentShare. This is a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company and contribute to its financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Corporate Treasury function, including cash management, investment of excess cash, and liquidity risk management.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to maintain a 90-day rolling cash flow forecast, overall capital plan, and scenario analytics.
  • Lead capital market activities, including public debt and asset-based-lending facility, to enhance shareholder value and strategic Treasury and company objectives.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with banking partners and credit rating agencies.
  • Support Corporate Development and deal teams in due diligence on potential targets and divestitures.
  • Develop and implement strategic capital plans, ensuring risks to the business are measured and addressed appropriately.
  • Work closely with business leadership on strategic business projects, providing fresh viewpoints and consultative advice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications (CPA or CFA) highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive responsibility in treasury and accounting, with an emphasis on public company experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive people management experience.
  • Experience in negotiating and executing capital markets and bank financing transactions, including strong knowledge of financing agreements and loan terms and covenants.
  • Expertise in treasury operations & technology, including banking, liquidity management, cash positioning, and interest rate derivatives.
