POSITION OVERVIEW

The role of the K-12 Engagement Specialist is to actively engage with stakeholders in the K-12 sector to identify and bridge gaps in MSB's implementation, as well as to explore opportunities for collaboration with additional districts. This position involves creating and executing development plans for staff, generating content for our market, and participating in MSB events, requiring direct collaboration and influence with the executive team.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop Medicaid-related content and materials for sales, marketing, and operational purposes.
  • Gather insights from clients regarding future content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with User Experience teams to enhance tools and features for clients and users.
  • Network within the Special Education community to generate sales leads.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Education Service Centers (ESCs).
  • Facilitate focus groups within the Special Education community for future product development and implementation enhancements.
  • Create and present materials for staff and events.
  • Identify new markets for presenting materials.
  • Partner with Sales Managers and State Directors to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Provide consultation to Program Specialists and their clients on Special Education initiatives.
  • Participate in onboarding consultations for new clients.
  • Generate interest and attendance at MSB events.
  • Work closely with Executives to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify strategies to improve user adoption and utilization of products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
  • Assist the sales team in up-selling or cross-selling services and products.
  • Attend regional events, conferences, and trade shows.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience in public speaking.
