Requirements

  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals. Knowledge of youth development principles and practices, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and varying work schedules. The position may require travel between Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles sites and other locations, as well as occasional evening and weekend work.
