Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our Manhattan, NY office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in benefits and payroll administration.
Responsibilities:
- Input biweekly payroll data into Workday
- Manage benefit enrollment for employees
- Monitor employee absences and track days off
- Update employee records accurately and efficiently
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in benefits and payroll administration
- Familiarity with benefits vendors and software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Workday
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
