Position Overview:

The Tax Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all tax-related activities, focusing on compliance, accounting, and operational requirements. This position involves managing the tax compliance workflow, which includes data collection and liaising with external advisors. Responsibilities also encompass reviewing both income and indirect tax submissions, assisting with quarterly tax provisions, and fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners. U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite due to the nature of the work.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in tax practice, whether in public accounting, a law firm, or a large corporate tax department.
  • At least 6 years of experience in corporate tax compliance and accounting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and compliance integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Finance, or Accounting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in Taxation or Law (LL.M.) is advantageous.
  • Possession of a CPA License is preferred.
