The Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of tax-related activities within the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing tax accounting processes, and addressing operational tax needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tax compliance process, coordinating data collection and liaising with external advisors.
  • Review and validate income and indirect tax submissions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in tax roles within public accounting, legal firms, or large corporate tax departments.
  • Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and accounting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Finance, or Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
  • High energy and motivation to work within a values-driven culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree in Taxation or Law (LL.M.) is a plus.
  • Possession of a CPA License is advantageous.
