Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email support.
  • Assist customers with rental needs, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet and greet customers, provide directions, and offer general assistance.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
  • Effectively market the company while interacting with customers.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, and additional equipment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as research and billing support, accounts receivables, and supply maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, performance-based monthly bonus, and a generous incentive plan. This part-time position is located at our Coos Bay branch and pays $17.00/hour plus bonus. Guaranteed 25 hours per week.
