Geller & Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience processing multi-state payrolls for 300+ employees and possess expertise in ADP Workforce Now.

The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and preparing all payroll information for complex weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls. This includes coordinating digital collection and processing of timesheets for non-exempt employees, reviewing new hire paperwork for completion and accuracy, and updating payroll records by entering all new hires, rehires, terminations, partial pays, compensation changes, benefits changes, and personnel updates into ADP Workforce Now.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing payroll preview reports, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy of all payroll information. Additionally, they will coordinate and maintain employee personnel and benefits records, manage monthly consulting invoices and reconciliations, run payroll-related reports, and reconcile all benefit invoices on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as a team member, and possess good time management skills and the ability to multi-task. They will also have a solid understanding of Federal, State & Local tax laws and be willing to work additional hours as needed to meet payroll processing deadlines.

Geller & Company, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $108,000 - $132,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
