Thrifty White Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Operations Associate to join our team. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service by efficiently processing sales transactions in a friendly and precise manner. The associate will also ensure that pharmacy workspaces are maintained in a clean and organized state while welcoming customers and providing assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Promote Thrifty White initiatives to patients, including Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, while assisting with patient enrollment.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise to confirm all items are accounted for and in good condition. Responsible for stocking, cleaning, and organizing pharmacy products.
- Maintain the health aids department as necessary.
- Adapt to and implement new technologies as they evolve.
- Exhibit flexibility in adapting to new roles and modifying job responsibilities as required.
- Assist in various areas of the store or nearby locations as needed.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to meet essential job functions.

This role may involve extended periods of standing. While executing job duties, the employee is frequently required to communicate, utilize hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Applicants should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, the ability to maintain patient confidentiality, and must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
