Program Management Analyst I

Job Summary:

Olgoonik is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Management Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for ensuring financial and contract deliverable compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the Program Manager and customer on financial matters, analyze and formulate budgets, and analyze and report financial data.
  • Analyze financial information to project future revenues or expenses.
  • Compile data for financial reports and compute financial data, consulting with managerial or supervisory personnel as needed.
  • Draft or maintain budgeting databases and monitor operational budget.
  • Monitor all travel expenses and manage the Expense Reporting process.
  • Monitor and report contract funding and burn rate, and advise the Billing Services Manager of any issues that may impact the company's ability to bill and collect in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage internal timesheet auditing and reporting, and work directly with Site Managers and employees to ensure compliance.
  • Manage internal subcontractor invoice auditing and reporting.
  • Manage contract workforce files, including labor rates, budget ceilings, and other key metrics.
  • Manage contract deliverables required by contracts and/or management personnel.
  • Complete and deliver ad hoc contract deliverables, such as Driver's License reports and Hearing/Lead Testing, working with internal and external entities as assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and other practices, staying abreast of them through interaction and collaboration with internal financial and management entities, attending meetings and training.
  • Exercise independent judgment and initiative.
  • Function as a full PMO member, accepting and completing ad hoc requirements, administrative taskings, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of relevant work experience or three (3) years with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working with databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with DS personnel and other government agencies at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of FAM, and GTR/FTR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid Excel experience is a must.

Security Clearance:

  • Possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.

Work Environment:

Office environment.
