Job Summary

Churchill Place Memory Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Community Engagement. This position is responsible for directing the sales and marketing program for Churchill Place Memory Care at an individual community level, disseminating information to the public regarding the community, managing the sales and marketing department, performing sales and admissions functions, and coordinating special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to promote Churchill Place Memory Care and attract new residents.
    • Build and maintain relationships with local professionals, community leaders, and other stakeholders to generate referrals and leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase visibility and awareness of the community.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Direct the sales and marketing program for the community, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales and marketing budgets, and analyzing sales data to inform marketing decisions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents, referral sources, and other stakeholders to generate leads and close sales.
    • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  • Event Planning
    • Plan and execute special events, such as open houses, community events, and marketing promotions, to attract new residents and promote the community.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute event marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and manage the sales and marketing team, including providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure team members are meeting their sales and marketing goals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on community engagement and event planning.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on community engagement and event planning.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed marketing decisions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
