Job Summary

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining GAAP-compliant policies and procedures, preparing accurate monthly financial reports, creating budgets and forecasts to manage cash flow, and supervising the general ledger integrity and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure effective cash flow management
  • Supervise the general ledger integrity and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Recommend cash distributions and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead financial statement reviews and tax return support
  • Establish books for new entities and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance and support as needed
