We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and/or via the internet.

About the Role:

This is a direct hire, permanent position with benefit eligibility. You will be working from home and will be required to work an eight hour shift, 5 days a week, between Sunday and Saturday. The client assigns shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, answering questions about their medical benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls and/or via the internet.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns.


Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) language skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
