As an Industrial Transformation Director at Innovapptive, you will play a key role in shaping our solution consulting practice, aligning efforts with overall business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the solution consultants in designing optimal solutions using our Connected Worker Platform.
The Role- Provide strategic leadership for the Solution Consulting team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive solution consulting strategy, best practices, and playbooks to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Consultants.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and help solution consulting teams develop As-Is and To-Be Process Flows.
- Work with the sales team to develop compelling and differentiated solutions that meet client needs and drive the highest value and impact.
You should have a deep understanding of asset-intensive industries such as mining, metals, oil & gas, chemicals, and utilities.
Prior exposure to enterprise asset management, plant operations, and warehouse operations is highly valued.
Additionally, experience working with SAP EAM, IM/WM/EWM, IBM Maximo, and APM systems like AspenTech or GE Meridium is beneficial.
Requirements- 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within Solution Consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific solutions and services.
- Prior experience leading 2-5 team members and establishing a solution consulting practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
- A competitive compensation package including estimated salary $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
