Job Summary

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by supervising colleagues and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate colleagues to achieve their job responsibilities and contribute to the restaurant's success.
  • Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their orders are fulfilled within service time goals.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality products, maintaining consistency and adhering to company standards.
  • Clean and organize workstations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Perform cash management responsibilities, ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.
  • Provide direction and feedback to colleagues, coaching and counseling as needed to ensure job duties are performed and standards are met.
  • Monitor shift activities, controlling food, paper, and labor costs to achieve company goals.
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
  • Follow all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, handling unexpected occurrences, and notifying management as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math skills and excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
  • Valid driver's license from the state of residence, with a driving record maintained within company guidelines.
  • Meet Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II Background Verification guidelines.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States, as required by the U.S. Department of Justice (INS Division).
