Bakery Operator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Operator to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Bakery Operator, you will be responsible for leading a team of cake makers and ensuring that our bakery runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cake makers to produce high-quality cakes and pastries
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Ensure that our bakery meets all health and safety standards and regulations
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail or food service industry
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Food service safety training certificate
