About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accessibility Solutions Specialist to join our team at Lifeway Mobility Holdings LLC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing accessibility products, including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and elevators, to enable individuals with impaired mobility and disabilities to live safely and independently in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair accessibility products, including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts, and other mobility equipment
  • Demonstrate and re-construct existing residential products for new accessible layouts and bathing safety
  • Explain project details to customers and answer questions
  • Enter work order and inventory data in our computer system
  • Receive manufacturer training and on-the-job training
  • Pick up and load company vehicle at the designated location each morning
  • Work on jobs throughout the assigned area
  • Jobs may take several hours to several days
  • Work independently or as part of a two-person team
