Pet Care Coordinator Job Description

At Banfield Pet Hospitals, we are seeking a skilled Pet Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Role:
This role involves driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity, ensuring excellent communication, and coordinating care. As a Pet Care Coordinator, you will actively recruit new clients, promote services, and facilitate smooth hospital operations.

Responsibilities:
* Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services
* Maximize pet flow through efficient hospital operations
* Provide exceptional client service at all times
* Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care
* Manage finances accurately and maintain proper opening and closing procedures
* Conduct administrative functions as necessary

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* One year related experience preferred
* Medical background with medical terminology training desired
