As a vital member of our crew, you will travel to homes in the area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and landscaping. We offer a competitive and rewarding culture, with opportunities for career development and employee ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lift heavy objects
  • Walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Perform strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
  • Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
  • Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely
  • Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs.
  • Walks and stands for long periods of time
  • Performs strenuous physical labor
