Job Summary

Vinfen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Program Director to oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a Group Living Environment (GLE) or Supported Independent Environment (SIE) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive living environment that promotes independence, community integration, and full functioning of adults receiving mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of the program
  • Supervise staff and coordinate clinical services within the program
  • Uphold Vinfen and DMH policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and community integration
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required
  • Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner credential preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in progressively responsible human services functions required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders required
