The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trial operations, with experience in managing trials from start-up to close-out, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical trials, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage project timelines, track risks, and ensure communication across teams
- Proactively manage external partners (CROs), tracking progress and addressing issues
- Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and relevant regulations
- Manage project scope, change orders, and maintain study databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- 5+ years in clinical trial operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and MS Office
