Shelton, United States Really Good Stuff, LLC Full time

About the Role:

Are you a trailblazer in Ecommerce with a passion for driving explosive growth across major platforms like Amazon? We're looking for a Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Manager to lead the charge in expanding our reach, boosting sales, and elevating our brand on the world stage.

This isn't just any role-it's your chance to make an immediate impact and, if you impress, step into a long-term career opportunity with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company.

From the start, you’ll dive into our marketplace strategy, uncovering new market opportunities, and using data-driven insights to optimize performance on existing platforms. You’ll work hand-in-hand with talented teams across marketing, operations, and sales to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Mastermind: Craft and execute a killer e-commerce marketplace expansion strategy, pinpointing high-potential markets and guiding the team through market entry.
  • Market Expansion Pro: Own the launch and daily management of e-commerce operations in new markets, handling everything from platform selection to logistics and customer service.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Be on the front lines, taking a hands-on approach to marketplace set-up, launches, and process documentation.
  • Collaborative Visionary: Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, operations, and finance to optimize every aspect of marketplace performance.
  • Platform Innovator: Cultivate relationships with e-commerce platform partners and agencies to unlock new opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive growth.
  • Data-Driven Strategist: Leverage data to enhance marketplace performance, particularly on Amazon, using your insights to boost revenue, expand market share, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring e-commerce trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies that will help keep us one step ahead.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce with a focus on marketplace management and expansion—you're a marketplace maestro
  • Expertise in international e-commerce markets and hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations.
  • A proven track record of driving significant sales growth and market share on e-commerce platforms.
  • Mastery of e-commerce analytics, metrics, and P&Ls.
  • Strong project management skills—you're the one who gets things done.
  • Leadership skills that inspire and energize teams to reach new heights.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising, especially in the e-commerce space.

Why Join Us?

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where innovation and agility are key, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. Help us revolutionize the way we grow and manage our e-commerce marketplace presence while positioning yourself for long-term success. Are you ready to seize the moment?
