Role Overview:
As part of the Value-Added Services division within the Issuing Solutions Product organization, this position is pivotal in driving the continuous development and enhancement of Visa's global benefits offerings. These products encompass APIs, user interfaces, and backend systems that empower issuers to craft, manage, and disseminate compelling cardholder value propositions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Operational Development:**
- Design and implement operational workflows that facilitate product transitions, incident management, and feature rollouts.
2. **Collaboration:**
- Partner with Product Managers and operational support teams to deliver and oversee these processes.
3. **Validation and Testing:**
- Continuously assess and refine operational processes to ensure effectiveness.
4. **Support Product Managers:**
- Assist in understanding the comprehensive operational requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
5. **Roadmap Management:**
- Collaborate with Product Managers to construct and oversee the product roadmap and backlog.
6. **Subject Matter Expertise:**
- Serve as a key liaison among stakeholders, providing insights and guidance.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA).
Preferred:
- 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years with a PhD.
- 2+ years in product ownership, management, or support roles.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar functions.
- Proven track record with operational products, APIs, and B2B solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey business needs to technical teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of web applications and APIs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Additional Information:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring employees to work in the office 2-3 days a week, based on departmental needs. Travel may be required 5-10% of the time.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is between $132,300 and $181,800 annually, which may include potential incentive payments. Salary may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Programs.
