The organization has a global footprint, with significant operations in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, catering to corporate, institutional, and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Onboarding Process: Oversee and coordinate the entire client onboarding journey.
  • Prepare KYC Documentation: Develop and maintain KYC packages.
  • Conduct Risk Evaluations: Execute OFAC and Negative News investigations.
  • Prioritize Onboarding Requests: Ensure prompt completion of client onboarding tasks.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Front Office, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to audit standards and recommend process enhancements.
  • Document Management: Handle essential documents and industry-specific codes.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end client onboarding.
  • Familiarity with asset management or investment banking is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work in the office part-time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to track and report on onboarding progress.
