In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Solutions teams to determine the viability and scope of customer goals, using all the tools available with the VTS product suite.

You will also partner with the Tenant Advisory team to identify and resolve complex issues impacting customers across the full VTS portfolio, applying unique solutions derived from your subject and discipline expertise.

Every day, you will work with support teams, solution specialists, development engineers, and quality engineers to manage, maintain, and deploy integration projects assigned to you.

Your technical and leadership skills, combined with your passion for puzzle-solving, will make you successful in developing and guiding exciting and innovative integration solutions for the marketplace.

Ideally, you will have experience working in buildings, directly with property managers, commercial building staff, along with access control, infrastructure, and IoT integrators, which will be invaluable in your success.

You will have hands-on experience in several access control, visitor, and elevator management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply technically driven integration solutions for both pre-sale prospects and existing customers.
  • Support the Sales and Solutions teams in taking a prospect's vision of their tenant experience goals and work closely with them to develop a viable plan to achieve their goals.
  • Work independently on assigned software and hardware issues to resolution.
  • Write, maintain, and review knowledge base documentation to assist the general and specialized support functions to be more self-sufficient.
  • Create client-facing documentation specific to client's system's use case.
  • Make recommendations to improve systems performance, security, and scalability, keeping in mind what VTS currently offers.
  • Work with our technology team to discuss enhancements and alternative workflows specific to client needs.
