We are looking for candidates to fill the following schedule:

• 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
Note: Workdays are Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine customer service inquiries and resolve issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills across various channels including phone, digital, and chat.
  • Navigate a computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot customer queries.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities while managing multiple tasks as required.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Engage with over 100 customers daily in a dynamic, fast-paced call environment via phone, online, or chat.
  • Utilize empathy and strong communication skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Employ multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer interactions.
  • Follow standard procedures and scripts to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Enhance the Discover Financial brand by providing exceptional care and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Compensation:

The salary for this position typically ranges from $18.00 to $21.75, with additional incentives as part of a competitive compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the final pay.
