Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize an Aeroseal machine and computer system to seal ductwork effectively.
  • Employ Abatement Technologies equipment with a camera attachment to clean and sanitize HVAC duct systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for clients.
  • Engage with customers regarding system enhancements and other Indoor Air Quality products.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including agreements and financial forms, while adhering to proper closing procedures.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in the industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift required weights.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided on our systems and operations.
