Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize an Aeroseal machine and computer system to seal ductwork effectively.
- Employ Abatement Technologies equipment with a camera attachment to clean and sanitize HVAC duct systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for clients.
- Engage with customers regarding system enhancements and other Indoor Air Quality products.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Complete necessary documentation, including agreements and financial forms, while adhering to proper closing procedures.
- Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in the industry is advantageous.
- Ability to lift required weights.
- Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Comprehensive training will be provided on our systems and operations.
Employee Benefits:
- Health Insurance - The company covers 50% of the employee's premium after 30 days of employment.
- Vision and Dental Insurance - The company contributes 50% of the employee's premium after 30 days.
