Job Overview
This role is designated for a Missions Solutions Application Developer, focusing on both Win 32 and web-based applications.

Collaborate with Application Support Analysts to design new systems that fulfill End User needs, and engage in the development, testing, and deployment of application modifications.

Assist Application Support Analysts in diagnosing application challenges and delivering End User assistance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain internally created applications
  • Comprehend customer inquiries, provide implementation estimates, and offer guidance during testing
  • Engage in various application modification, enhancement, and implementation cycles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify issues, assess process impacts, and develop solutions to optimize comprehensive solutions
  • Support business solutions and explore operational challenges and system requirements
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently, set priorities, and adhere to deadlines
  • Ensure that project deliverables and timelines are achieved
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and global standards
  • Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
Working Conditions
  • Generally favorable indoor office environment, with eligibility for remote telework assignments.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to business process owners, peers, and subordinates
  • Assist application support in creating test scripts
  • Manage expectations while balancing business needs, technical capabilities, and corporate value
  • Possess a working knowledge of IT environments, including infrastructure and development languages/tools
Candidate Considerations:
Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
Basic Qualifications
  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in a relevant field of study and ten (10) years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience totaling fourteen (14) years if non-degreed; additional qualifications may apply based on local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job-related technical knowledge essential for completing the role
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national regulations and guidelines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-efficient manner
Other Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience as an Application Developer
  • Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and IIS
  • Strong critical thinking skills and capability to perform data analysis
  • Familiarity with the Software Design Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Job-related technical knowledge necessary for successful performance, including troubleshooting skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
Salary Range
118,500 to 213,500 Market Rate. The market rate for this role is typically at the midpoint of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
