Position Overview
This role is for a Mission Solutions Application Developer, focusing on both Win 32 and web-based applications. You will collaborate with Application Support Analysts to design systems that fulfill End User requirements, and engage in the development, testing, and deployment of application modifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain internally created applications.
  • Interpret customer requests, provide implementation estimates, and guide testing processes.

Working Environment
Typically, this position is based in a favorable indoor office setting, with eligibility for remote telecommuting from designated locations.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Comfortably convey technical concepts to business process owners, peers, and subordinates.
  • Assist application support in developing test scripts.
  • Manage expectations while balancing business needs, technical capabilities, and corporate value.
  • Possess a working knowledge of IT environments, including infrastructure and development languages/tools.

Candidate Considerations
Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Qualifications
  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in a relevant field and ten years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience totaling fourteen years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications to comply with local requirements.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse audiences, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the job requirements.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints.

Other Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience as an Application Developer.
  • Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and IIS.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and capability to perform data analysis.
  • Familiarity with the Software Design Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Job-related technical knowledge, including troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is between $118,500 and $213,500. The market rate for the role is typically at the midpoint of this range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions.
