### Escalation Handling

* Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

### Order Processing

* Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling any related inquiries or issues.

### Documentation and Reporting

* Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system, generating reports as required.

### Continuous Improvement

* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

### Customer Feedback

* Gather customer feedback and insights, actively seeking suggestions for improvements and providing feedback to relevant teams.
