Job Description

Canonical is seeking a talented Embedded Linux Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Linux kernel and related software for our embedded systems.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about Linux and embedded systems. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and test software for our embedded systems, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Linux kernel and related software for our embedded systems
  • Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and test software for our embedded systems
  • Ensure that software meets the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Work closely with our hardware team to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware
  • Contribute to the development of new features and technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Linux and embedded systems
  • Experience with Linux kernel development and maintenance
  • Excellent programming skills in C and C++
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
