Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in C/C++ software development, with experience in embedded systems and real-time operating systems. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate software products for embedded systems
  • Use technical principles, theories, and concepts to design and develop software solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to troubleshoot and debug software issues
  • Communicate project status and collaborate on technical solutions with clients and peers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
  • 10+ years of C/C++ software development experience
  • Prior experience writing embedded software (C, C++, and/or Ada)
  • Experience with real-time operating system integration
  • Prior experience troubleshooting/debugging on target hardware in lab/mock-up environments
  • Proficient with Linux and Windows development environments
  • Active Secret DoD security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps tools and CI/CD workflow (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)
  • Proficient in Python development
  • Familiarity with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools (Cameo, AADL)
  • Experience with Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA), ARINC 653 and flight software development
  • Experience with safety-critical software development and practices (DO-178C)
