Job Title: International Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

The International Business Development Lead is responsible for driving growth and expansion of L3 Technologies' business in the international market. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills to develop and implement business development strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion of L3 Technologies' business in the international market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development plans and strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and decisions.
• Develop and manage business cases and proposals to support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or graduate degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience, or minimum 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of direct international business development experience.
• 5+ years' experience in the global aerospace and defense industry, with relevant industry experience or military service as a substitute for experience requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Electro-optics industry experience preferred.
• Agility in execution, with the ability to drive problem resolution at an accelerated pace and know how to get things done to solve business issues using multiple problem-solving approaches.
• Continuous improvement, with a process, workflow, and systems mindset, and the ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems on a global basis.

• Leadership courage, with the ability to speak up when important information or questions must be raised, and act when issues must be addressed.
• Strategic business partnering, with leadership and influence, and the ability to provide functional perspectives tied to business context and market needs, and align the function to business critical needs to support business strategies for growth.
